Description

Set high on Oceana Drive overlooking the River Derwent, this extensive alteration and addition celebrates refined design with a serene contemporary palette, creating a residence of understated elegance. The additions included a new entry, laundry, and stairwell connecting the levels, while existing spaces were reconfigured to deliver a new master bedroom and ensuite, kitchen and dining area, balcony, window seat, bathroom, and rumpus with kitchenette - all designed to capture natural light and frame the sweeping river views.

  • Intricate integration between existing levels via a new subterranean addition incorporating a new entrance area, stairwell, laundry, and storage room
  • Structural alterations to accommodate increased glazing and room configurations to picture frame the river views and soak the interior space with natural light
