Marcus Delaney was engaged by us to build our new home in Kingston in 2017. The build was unusual in that there were a number of one-off features (an indoor open-air fishpond) and new energy-saving materials and systems that hadn’t been used extensively before in Tasmania to the best of our knowledge.

We can say without reservation that Marcus met all of our very stringent criteria and we have enjoyed the result of the excellent build with no obvious issues being detected after five years.

His customer service is exceptional in that he would always check with us before making decisions on small items such as tap and shower locations or any other variations to ensure that we had full transparency of the detail and active participation in decision-making. Any major variations were quoted accurately and were effortlessly incorporated into the project schedule.

We have never experienced such a high level of customer accommodation with any builder in the past and will always be active in recommending Delaney and Co as exceptional builders.
